Life rarely presents us with ideal scenarios to eat right and workout.
You have to find a way to make it work.
Right now I'm really, really busy.
Rarely do I get in the hour to hour and a half workouts that I enjoy.
I'm fitting in mini-workouts when ever I get a chance.
Some times I'm doing a set of pullups or a set of single leg squats between clients.
Sometimes I'm doing kettlebell work at night during commercials while I'm watching TV.
If I've got five minutes when I get back from lunch, I'm doing my Z-Health exercises.
I fit in what I can, whenever I can.
And I keep getting stronger.
And I keep adding muscle.
And I keep getting leaner.
I don't know what your situation is.
But you can make excuses.
Or you can make it work.
