But what happens when that gets stale?
What happens when you are bored to sh*t with that?
That's when we go with the *other 20%* workouts. It's a little bit more figure model-ish in terms of design.
I know, in theory you wouldn't get bored with something that works so well. In reality, people get bored all of the time.
The zen master enlightened answer would be "Suck it up, it works!" But we're not enlightened. We're normal girls and guys and sometimes we want something ELSE that works.
The truth is, if you're bored with your workout right now, you are probably going to suck when you do it.
And my job is to keep you engaged and inspired about your workout program.
So here is something different:
Flavia is a pretty normal girl. She's not a fitness guru, she's a nurse, but she wanted to have one of those super lean head turning bodies that everyone dreams of.

What's Different in Flavia's Workout: Full Body + Focus
Her workouts are all full body, they have lots of big movements, but they also have more variety of movement.
I don't know why, but it's super fun to have a full body workout that focuses on pushing and pulling one day, and a full body workout that focuses on lunges the next day. It's full body enough to be a high intensity fat burning workout, but you have a focus – something to really hit hard each day.

Actually, I think you should watch the videos just for the lunge sequence at the beginning, I totally love it. Ok, I think that squat+leg lift is kinda lame, but the lunge sequence after it is awesome.
It's really like a bikini model / fitness model kind of workout.
It's a good example of a full body workout with a squat/lunge focus. Notice things like the ball dumbbell press that put extra emphasis on the legs, even when doing a pressing movement.
