You know, you get home from work, you're tired. You're hungry.
Maybe you had three meetings today, missed breakfast and lunch and your snack, traffic on the way home sucked, and your dog ate your homework.
You're starving. Like, power down a whole Taco Bell Meal Deal starving.
You open the fridge… and all there is tons of stuff you could cook, but…
You don't want to cook…
…You just want to eat!
How Fat Loss Rockstars Deal With This Situation
Having good food prepared ahead of time is SOOOO IMPORTANT!
Don't make emotional food decisions in this ultimate moment of weakness – just fill up your fridge with tupperware containers of good stuff!
Imagine if you come home from work, you're tired, starving, and probably pissed off because the radio station you listen to on the way home didn't play your favorite song.
Clearly it wasn't your day…
But when you open the fridge…
There are tons of perfect fat loss meals, already prepared! Stuff you're proud to put in your food journal!
After everything else that happened, this is your chance to turn it all around!
A perfect meal! Already done! Easy! You're right on your meal plan!
All you have to do is microwave one of these great meals, and you're on the right track! You're one meal closer to a lean athletic body and a wicked hot flat stomach.
Here Is What It Looks Like
Four burners going at once – two proteins and two carbohydrates.
Like a machine – one burner is cranking out chicken breasts, the other one is cranking out lean (95/5) ground beef.
Back to burners are doing Quinoa and Brown Rice.
Everything gets sea salt and pepper. Some get basil and oregano, some get cilantro and green chilies. Season everything 'cause eating right should taste good.
Throw frozen vegetables into everything right at the end.
45 Minutes later – there's dinner and lunch for five days!
Bam! Fat loss made easy.
And I like easy =)
BTW: I've only been snowboarding twice, and while I loved it, maybe it wasn't the "easiest" thing in the world, but it was all downhill! And lots of people definitely feel like they are walking uphill both ways in the snow on their nutrition. So that's where the wacky title came from.
